Sutton Foster, an actor as well as a singer and dancer she has been featured in 11 Broadway productions and the most recent revival of Violet. She also portrayed roles in Broadway in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie as well as Young Frankenstein. Star Search was her first television appearance when she was just the age of fifteen. Her next appearances were in Bunheads as well as Psych in addition to Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. Sutton Foster is a soloist who has performed in the US and overseas together with Michael Rafter. They have performed songs from her debut CD "Wish" and the sequel CD An Evening With Sutton Foster Live At The Cafe Carlyle. In 2011, she earned an Honorary Doctorate at Ball State University where she has also been appointed as a professor and advisor for members of the Department of Theatre and Dance. She has been starring in TVLand's "Younger" which was created by Darren Star, since March 2015.
