Marilu Henner has the energy of teenagers and the wisdom to be an educated woman. She's the ultimate woman today to can do everything. She is an actor writer, health practitioner and author. She hosts a talk show and produces the show. Perpetual Motion should be her moniker. Marilu's life has been a testament to her health-conscious attitude. She believes that one can do anything with good health. However, not all the time. The girl was a yoyo-dieter when she was a teenager and watched her weight soar. Her eating habits were driven by emotional rage and would always feel unwell. Her parents, both aged in their 50s, and being afflicted by heart attacks or arthritis-related complications, died. She realized she must take responsibility for her own wellbeing. This wasn't about losing weight it was about health, and discovering a lifestyle that maximized the way our bodies were designed to function.
